After graduating from college with a diploma in Health, Wellness & Fitness, he decided to study yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in the Bahamas. It was there, in almost 2-years of intense study and selfless service, that he, Daniel Ryan De France the boy from Carlisle, Ontario, became Daniel Rama, a Teacher of the Yogas.
Present day, his primary focus is on continuing to develop his personal practice and enhance the quality of his offerings. He regularly organize specialized workshops, retreats and Yoga Teacher Training courses around the world.

Learn to increase flexibility the right way. No prior experience necessary! This workshop will help you improve comfort and range of motion throughout the lower-body. Rama shares secrets for safely performing postures like the deep squat, middle splits, front splits and other flexibility skills.

Develop your inversion practice safely! This all-levels workshop explores skills and exercises designed to help you find more success with balancing postures like crow, headstand and handstand even if you've struggled in the past. This makes 'advanced' asana feel easier.

This all-levels workshop is partly practical and partly educational. Rama will shed light on do’s and don’ts of intelligent back-bending. Participants walk away feeling motivated and more confident in their ability to increase spinal strength and mobility over time.

In this intermediate session, we breakdown handstand entries and skills such as hollowbacks, head positions and the seven. It is recommended to have basic understanding of techniques for holding a classical handstand (even if it's just at the wall).
